We are certified non-network provider with Tricare
What is a non-network provider with Tricare?
A non-network provider is a TRICARE-authorized provider who is not part of the TRICARE network. We will submit claims to Tricare for our Tricare certified providers. See below for what this means for you with the type of Tricare plan you have.
Tricare Select/Standard
If you’re on TRICARE Standard or TRICARE Select (which are the more flexible plans), you can see non-network providers without a referral. However, you’ll generally have to pay more for your care compared to seeing a network provider.
You will typically have to pay a deductible and once the deductible is met costs for therapy services typically range between $24.85-$36 dollars a session.
Tricare Prime
If you're enrolled in TRICARE Prime, care from a non-network provider typically requires a referral and authorization from your Primary Care Manager (PCM).
If you do not have a referral, you may be subject to your Point of Service (POS) deductible and POS rate for services. The POS rate is typically half of the reimbursement rate, which can vary depending on the specific service(s) provided.
