Background:

Technique:

Using a person-centered approach, Michelle’s therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, honest, direct, and includes interactive feedback that challenges her clients to be their best selves. Michelle’s focus on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, paired with evidenced-based approaches, helps individuals explore their thoughts, identify maladaptive behavioral patterns, and discover interventions that best help them to achieve change. Michelle believes individuals achieve motivation, self-sufficiency, and internal gratification by modifying distorted thoughts and exploring how early experiences have impacted their core beliefs about themselves and the world.

Just for fun:

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
