Background:

Katrina grew up in East Tennessee and has lived in NOVA for the last 11 years. She graduated from The University of Tennessee (GO VOLS), with a degree in Recreation Therapy. Katrina has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. She has worked with clients as young as two to as old as 98, in a variety of different settings. Katrina has worked on the management side of mental health for the past 7 years. 

At Crescent:

As the Practice Manager at Crescent, Katrina is the cornerstone of managing billing, operations, and finances. Her passion for finding creative and practical resolutions drives her to tackle any issue with ingenuity and effectiveness. She is dedicated to identifying and implementing the best solutions for any challenge that arises.

Just for fun:

When Katrina is not at work, you will find her spending time with her family, shamelessly watching reality TV, cooking or finding a great restaurant, working on a house project, and waiting for her online shopping purchases to arrive.
