Clinical Areas of Interest:

Background:

Jessica is a Northern Virginia native that has several years of clinical experience in multiple life domains with many different populations and clinical presentations. She has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University (GO HOYAS!) and a Masters in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech.

Technique:

Through collaboration, connection, processing, and exercising vulnerability, Jessica supports clients in creating a path that is suited for the type of success they choose. By confronting irrational and distorted thought patterns and helping increase motivation, Jessica’s hope is that clients will be able to visualize how they can be the best version of themselves. Jessica has an outgoing, warm, and energetic presence that people can align with and find comfort in. Jessica is also a certified grief counseling specialist.

Just for fun:

When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her loved ones and shopping. Lots of shopping.
