Cancellation Policy

MISSED APPOINTMENTS 

It is the responsibility of our clients to schedule and ensure that these appointments are kept. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, any reschedules or cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the appointment. Any appointment rescheduled or canceled within the 24 hour window of the appointment start time will be subject to our cancellation fee. It is important to note that insurance will not pay for missed appointments, and therefore it is the client’s responsibility to pay the full fees for services rendered as stated in the Fee Schedule.
